Keeping it safe and fair
These rules protect every guest's safety, the playing surfaces and the people sharing the ground with you.
Footwear
Flat-soled shoes, cross-trainers or turf shoes only, to protect the surface.
Food and drink
No outside food or drink anywhere in the facility. No gum, candy or food in the athletic areas.
Not allowed on the grounds
Alcohol and tobacco, dogs or pets, loud amplifiers, and tents or temporary structures without prior approval.
Your booking
Fields are for rental or class bookings only. Enter at your booked time and clear the field when it ends. Subletting is not allowed.
Care of the facility
Leave the field as you found it or better, and take your litter with you. Do not move goals, corner flags or benches unless the Manager agrees. Do not leave equipment behind.
Parking
Park only in marked spaces. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
Code of conduct
Treat staff, coaches, opponents and other guests with courtesy. Abuse, aggression or discrimination has no place here. Follow staff instructions and never put yourself or others at risk. Anyone who does not follow the rules may be asked to leave.
Safety
Report any unsafe condition to the Manager or your coach straight away. First aid is available from staff. Play may be stopped for lightning, heavy rain or other unsafe conditions.

Cancellations and refunds
Facility rentals
Payments are non-refundable, except when rain means the field went unused. Ombrello may cancel or postpone a booking if field or weather conditions are unsafe.
Coached programmes

Camps and short courses may have their own terms. Cancellations must be in writing.

On Playo. Pay online to confirm. Your reservation sets your entry time.
Can my whole team enter on one booking?
Everyone needs to be on the booking and enrolled individually, because a face cannot be shared.
